FAQ

The need for Home Insurance in the UAE

Many are not aware of the need of getting Home Insurance in UAE when compared to car insurance, travel insurance and health insurance. And there is a common perception that Home Insurance is only for home owners and not for tenants. As a tenant too, it is imperative for you to get Home Insurance for your contents and personal possessions regardless of the kind of home you live in. Your building may be insured by your landlord, but the contents in your home need to be insured by you.

The importance of Home Insurance can be attributed to the fact that your home is your personal space which is filled with belongings, memories and expensive items which you have collected over the years that need to be safeguarded against any unforeseen circumstances.
